Sustainability
Over the last 40 years we have promoted the sustainable development of the town of San José (Níjar) and its surroundings through tourism and the restore of old farmhouses, agriculture, livestock farming, and the conservation of the most famous beaches of Cabo de Gata.
Organic Livestock Farming
Celtiberian Goat
Our organic livestock farm, with 1,500 Celtiberian goats, follows a production system whose main objective is to obtain healthy food with the highest quality, through the optimal and rational use of the natural resources from our farm, respecting the environment, animal welfare and without using synthetic chemical substances.
The “Blanca Celtibérica” breed is classified as an endangered native breed. There are only 8,000 specimens left in Spain, and 1,500 are in our livestock.
