La Fábrica de Genoveses is located in the heart of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, opposite Los Genoveses beach. It is accessed via a promenade flanked by eucalyptus trees which takes us to an old sisal cord factory, restored and converted into an events centre with capacity for up to 350 people. Its old architecture has been respected and the original machinery blends into the rooms in a natural way as a unique decorative element.

It is distinguished by its unique location and its versatility when it comes to holding any type of event, for its different and unique rooms, patios and terraces.
