The building dates back of the first decades of the S.XX, and there is situated a factory who  elaborate the esparto and his transformation in swab and ropes, in alternation with the production of pita and his transformation in rope trade.

The procedures that were developing and of which all his elements remain were two:

· The accomplishment of ropes with vegetable mane proceeding of the sheets of pita.

All the machines of the process remain; the combs and wheels for clear of the raw material, as well as all the elements of the carded one, plaited and thread of them sane for procedures of progressive twist.

· The elaboration of pasta ground of cereal of barley with spade of prickly pear.

It´s a question of an own procedure by means of which there was achieved a pasta of high nutritional and moisturizing value that was in use as food complement of the cattle in the summer months. We remain there all the mills and machines of the process.
